Vancouver Cockerels rising star is...

Jake Lever (just pushes CEY out due to the need for him in a weak back line)

You wouldn't believe the amount of players that were 1 year too old (Fyfe being one of them)

Young players are not Vancouver's forte it seems :-\

Waiting on Hawaii,Nicaragua,Springfield(know GB is having some problems) for both nominations
and also still need a Rising Star from LA and Calgary as well
I just want to get it all ready so we can do them with the medal hopefully this week on Thursday or Friday.
Can't do it any earlier due to Hall of Fame announcements tomorrow night.
