Lost to Mexico City in WXV but beat Dublin and claimed the Champions League trophy. Would take that every week.

Dublin stumble, Reindeers Crumble

The Reindeers were presented with such a rare opportunity to beat Dublin; this was just the third time Dublin had scored less than 150 (third lowest score of the year as well). But, a host of unavailable stars robbed the Reindeers with the capability to take the match, and the better team won on the day. The Destroyers go to their second straight final.

Dublin Destroyers (23.9.147) def PNL Reindeers (21.8.134)

Best
Dublin: Alex Rance, Rory Sloane, David Mundy, Todd Goldstein, Jack Gunston, Scott Thompson

Late Changes

PNL: Nathan Jones, Dane Swan replaced by Jonathon Griffin, Luke McPharlin

The Suns Rise for the Final

This Mexico City team is ready. Christchurch just outplayed Dublin the Champions League, so when you say Mexico City won by more than 100 SC points, it makes you doubt whether a Dublin premiership was such a certainty in the first place. The Saints were tremendous this year, and they have such arsenal to trade with to make the team better for next year, they'll be back. But for now, the Suns enter the Grand Final as the form team!

Christchurch Saints (23.10.148) lost to Mexico City Suns (25.9.159)

Best
Christchurch: Hamish Hartlett, Aaron Sandilands, Liam Picken, Dayne Zorko
Mexico City: Kade Simpson, Steele Sidebottom, Tom Rockliff, Jordan Lewis, Ivan Maric, Brett Deledio

Late Changes
Christchurch: Sam Mitchell replaced by Ben Reid
Mexico City: Nil

Hellopplz

Good game Holz, better team won :'(.

I also expect Marseilles to lose after we had several low scores and outs :'(. And Congratz to Watson for getting his first game ever for the club... In a Prelim Final :P. Joins Laverde as Final debutants from PNL!

Storm knock over Kings Castle

Shanghai were served by 8 players versus 5 Kings, one of them Dane Swan and the other Nathan Jones who contributed negatively to the cause. Still, it would have made no difference in the end, as the Storm were just too good! Shanghai now progress to the final.

Marseille Kings (4.10.34) lost to Shanghai Storm (13.10.88)

Best
Marseille: Dane Swan
Shanghai: Daniel Howe

Have I not said all year that the Suns would probably win.

Capitain Rocky is a beast, better then anyone I have at the moment.

Yakuza out-muscle Princes

It was 9 v 9, so two evenly matched opponents! But it was the performances of Adam Kennedy and Nick Suban that got them over the line! We will now see a qualifying final rematch, which was the match of the series so far against Shanghai! Exciting times!

Yuzawa Yakuza (15.7.97) def Imperial Princes (11.9.75)

Best
Yuzawa: Adam Kennedy, Nick Suban

Storm knock over Kings Castle

Wooo! The boys from China finally getting a bit of finals exposure! 8)

Missing a few key players too because of injuries to usual starters!

Looking forward to see the Beijing and Tokyo reserves go at it in the finals :)
