Does anyone here the owner of or know the owner of 'Shearers' coached by Neil?

Yeah that's nas, great 8-ball player :)

Should organise some games down at The Empire when I'm visiting Adelaide sometime ......... and a couple of drinks too of course  8)

Long as you partner Grazz ;D

LordSneeze

Had a bit of a play around with a team for week 2
Expecting everyone to have Hansen, but he isn't a 100 point a game player consistently so hoping he has one of his spud 40's

Macmillian / Smith or Henderson / Shaw
S. Mitchell (Feel Kennedy will get the Jacobs tag this week and crows historically don't tag) / Swallow (Stepped up last week with good disposal and lots of pressure acts) / Crouch (Should bounce back after getting a taste of finals last week) / Heeney (Same as Crouch should bounce back now knowing what to expect)
Mcevoy (At his price compared to the others cant go past)
Harvey / Lynch / Towers

I've got something very similar at the moment!

MacMillan/Hendo/Smith
Sloane/Titch/Lewis/Heeney
McEvoy
Boomer/Towers/Garner

Tanking in the forward line really but think I've done well with the cash elsewhere. I am tempted to drop a defender (probably MacMillan) for Hansen or also Lewis to put a little more money up front, Garner an obvious vest risk, but if he can spit out 50 ish for 160k I'll be happy.
Had Crouch and Heeney last week and I'm tempted to back them both to bounce back but Crouch has struggled against better teams and stumped up his season low of 20 against Hawthorn so I'm less enthused by him... Heeney I'll keep

Yeah Macmillian is a risk at his price when Hansen could go 100+, but it is very possible he goes 40 and Macmillian goes 100. as im a few hundred behind the leaders i need to take a risk with some selections. Part of the reason im also likely to go Henderson. Smith hasn't trained at all this week.

Was originally going to go sloane, but expected Mitchell to be more damaging and less chance of spudding.
Crouch was the sub in the match against the Hawks and came on when the game was over. Still maanged to get 13 touches in only 20% game time.
Yeah i ignored Garner because of the sub risk.

Remember lads, Sicily (141k) for Hawthorn and Rose (96k) for Sydney are both chances of being selected and are good ways to save money up front. If you picked both, and took a value pick such as Hansen in the defence, you could really load up in the mids.

Also Turner at 192k.

Gandalf123

Currently sitting on this;

Hendo/Hansen/Jones
JPK/Smitch/Sloane/Knight
McEvoy
Roughy/Ziebell/Towers

MC

I have Wells in my side, hoping he gets a call up!

I happily had Hansen last week, but I would not call him a good value pick.
I chose him as he played well against the Tiges in Round 23, and he did the same last week.
Other than that, he has a bunch of relatively average scores, averaging 65 including a relatively 'blue moon' performance against the Tigers in Round 23, where he scored 112.

He will be really popular, which is extra incentive to dump him for a less common option, as a dud score could be on the way.

Will be choosing between Knight & Lyons, and as soon as the vest-wearer is announced (will surely be one of them), I will lock in the other!

Might as well lock in Knight. Absolutely no chance he wears the vest after last week's performance.

6 of them were from the Playfords 8ball team, not much of a team. ;)

Exactly what I am anticipating too, but stranger things have happened.
