In fact both Venezuela and Sri Lanka were the Premiers in the 3rd stage, and both failed to make the final 4.

Just saying, this is a crazy close competition. Final 4 not quite decided yet. Despite Peru and Mexico being on the bottom of the ladder, they can actually still make the final 4, while Venezuela, South Africa, UK and Sri Lanka can't.
