Undefeated in my league this season somehow and have been saving trades leaving me with 6 to burn.  Team at present:

def: shaw, hodge, picken, mcdonald, laird, simpson (pearce, goddard)
mid: fyfe, pendelbury, hannebery, kennedy, selwood, griffen, cripps, sloane (steele, dumont, knight)
ruck: goldy, nic nat (read)
fwd: swan, martin, gray, motlop, mitchell, hogan (dale, lamb)

$275k in bank

got a week off but want to use the trades.  players i'd like to ultimately bring in would be higgins, danger, lids and priddis for hogan, titch, griffen, cripps at a guess.

I am thinking i should downgrade steele and dumont if they dont play this week leaving me 550k to bring the best two in for prelim. Thoughts?

I think lack of responses us the fact that everyone has the showers that u have 6 trades left. Those players you suggest are good picks - good luck (but from the sound of it u dont need it)  >:(

Well done for holding your trades! Griffin, Cripps and Hogan have to be upgraded, Titch I would keep. With nearly 300k cash you can bring in whoever you want.

You dont have any cover other than Steele if someone is out so i would leave steele.

8000 odd. Not interested in overall at all (obviously!) just with my cash league.  i've been guaranteed top 4 for a few weeks (finished 3 games clear in 1st) so just been sitting on trades until finals.  More of a risk taker and happy with no bench cover since it's unlikely i'll have more than 2 starters out - i won't trade until during the round where i can help it.

Leaning towards Steele (if not selected) or Dumont to cheapest DPP and griffen to higgins via hugh goddard and hodge into midfield. Higgins and griffen have the lowest and highest BE respectively

Do one downgrade and an uograde this week. Then again next week. Upgrading both Cripps and hogan. Should leave you with 2 trades for last 2 weeks which will be for injuries. Or if you got enough money may not even need second doen grade which will leave you with 3 trades for last 2 weeks.
