If fyffey misses this week is everyone thinking of moving him on? Especially thinking that it could well be the difference in going straight through to the prelims if you finished top four? Thinking of bringing in Priddis , thoughts?
also if he's not named I will be chucking some on hanners for the chas!

In the same situation

Finished top of cash league and want to win this week at all costs to get into the prelims and money

Have Lambert as cover, so will loophole him on Friday night. If he can go 80+ I will probably hold Fyfe but if he doesn't then Bennell comes in. It's my last trade, so his DPP will be handy should shower hit the fan over the following weeks - not to mention his in ripping form while GAJ, Swallow and the human meatball aren't in and should beat up Brisbane this week

With all that being said, I've also got Buddy so need to keep an eye on him and hope he plays otherwise I need to reasses

Yeah I might do that with lambo too, also have Buddy so hoping he gets up but he looked sore as anything on the weekend, chaos..

I will see how I'm traveling towards the end of the round. I can trade him for Mundy in a pinch. My opponent has Mundy and Fyfe, so I should be able to work out if it will get me across the line. Just a bit worried about Mundy getting rested given Freo nearly a lock for top spot.

Happy TBH, hard to loophole this round for me and didn't want to decide who to bench out of Gray, Swan, Dahl, Titch, Bennell, Adams or Motlop

OK, so with fyffey out I will be pulling the trigger, my thoughts now are to trade Fyfe down To L.Neale and trade Steele up to Titchell, so if buddys out i have good cover, if not, i can do what i please with Titch or i can just move Fyfe down to Priddis, but i do like the idea of the Titch cover so i might end up just doing that anyway! cheers nat ya dawg

This is where Steele and Lambert will need to shine for a lot of teams. I'm of the opinion that Fyfe will play next week based on the fact I read he got through training okay. He'll want to get back as well with Charlie to play for. If you can cover him and trades are low you might be best to hang on depending on your match ups.

My thinking too. With all this talk of Goldy and Hanners creeping up on him in Brownlow due to his rubbish last month, he'll want to get out there soon and start polling votes

Tend to agree. I already need to trade out Wines so have been contemplating which of Fyfe or Buddy to trade with the 2nd one. The below article is making me think to part with buddy and hope one of Steele or McKenzie plays..

Buddy injury is less predictable. All evidence suggests that Freo are getting Fyfe ready to load up for the Derby.
