I'm going Gary>Sidebottom and VandenBerg>Devon Smith THOUGHTS??

Like the Sidebottom play, but Devon Smith hasn't been great this year dropping 100K, I 'd rather take a punt on another proven performer who has bottomed out like Boomer, Dahlhaus or Goddard, even Wingard has been smashing it.

I'll be going Gaz -> Jelwood and Dumont -> Barlow.  Hopefully Beams will be back otherwise will have to trade him instead...

Even if Beams comes back I don't think it will last..his shoulder is f'd and really needs the surgery (even the club wants him to go under the knife now, not later)

I have ended up changing my trades by going Gary Ablett>Steele Sidebottom and VandenBerg>Steve Johnson with only 7k left :( But with an upside i have Matty Kruezer on my bench so i can downgrade to a 120k dud with still 300k in the bank then i'll go Joshua Gleen>Dahlhaus.

I'd be nervous trading in Barlow. He is likely to have a weeks rest prior to finals and during the AF Finals.

After a bit more research it looks like Mitch Robinson was helped by the Beams out...Lions easy run and I'm assuming he's owned that 0% of the community, has been DT relevent in the past, this could be a YOLO moment?

i have so far traded out GAJ for Jelwood to free up some cash and hoping for some tonnes, however, i dont know what to do with my other trade. Do i trade out Oxley for any defender up to 500k (maybe malceski or griffin? to make some more coin) or do i trade out kruezer for McEvoy to hopefully get a tonne and more coin for next week.

Any thoughts?

Tough call, think if you go defender you have to go McVeigh then Griffin.  McEvoy could make you more cash, but you're more likely to burn another trade on him, as you would prob hold the two defenders.

thanks for the point of view. yeah im not sure ha. was looking at mcveigh. might do the kruez trade next week then :)

What do people think of:

GAJ -> Sloane

Rich -> McVeigh

Obviously a bit of a risk with Sloane, but I really want to upgrade Rich and don't have enough cash in the bank if I trade GAJ to Sidebottom or Priddis or someone similar.

I think Sloane will come good near the end of the season, should be rested up and is hopefully over all of the injuries and speed bumps from the start of the year. 

Thoughts?

Am I spending too much cash on Picken or should I save the 100K and bring in McVeigh or Mundy so I have that cash for another upgrade next week????

Tough call on Picken - how many more upgrades do you have?

If you have the cash, Picken is hard to ignore, especially as a back - has been pretty consistent along with some massive scores along the way.  Can't imagine him being rested either.
