If my calculations are correct NY lead by 193.5 heading into the last game, making it Shaw + 193.5 vs Neale (C) + Stewart.

A big game from Neale could nullify NY's current points advantage but it's hard to see Stewart keeping up with Heater :(

roo boys!

Griffen and Pav with a couple of turnovers and not a lot else in the third term...Sandi going big, would this be the first game potentially decided by a resting bonus?

Christchurch got its wish, with Jack Steele the sub meaning Andrews' 109 comes on.

I reckon that might be it for Toronto  :-\
Sorry I've been away all weekend, what's the current update looking like?

Still waiting on Ess/Wb, but

Toronto: 1142/13 (C played)
Christchurch: 699/8 (C and HGA to come)
Thanks for that Purps. I think we're currently looking at:

1142 + Pav + Griffen

vs

1081 + Sandi (r) + HGA

Is that right? Sandi a massive 78 at half time, plus his rest, has me worried

Don't forget about Tom Scully! He's worth every cent.

Plus doesn't Jeffy cover Elliott and Neal-Bullen covers Steele so Andrews' score doesn't count?

He doesn't play for Melbourne anymore does he

That'll be the game then

Congrats New York, that's a finals berth booked I think for the first time in history

I'll forget later, but Jack Frost's late inclusion for Tokyo was his WXVs debut, after 36 reserves games!

Well done Frosty!

Also 5 WXV Debut's this week... reckon that could be the largest of the year, perhaps bar Round 1

Revolution keep on Marching

It was pretty close the whole way, but the Revolution lifted in the last quarter, with the efforts of Shaw, Tippett and Bennell getting them over the line. This was a crucial win for New York, who may have now just consolidated a spot in finals.

Cobras Hold on to Season with Inspired Victory

This was a make or break game for Cape Town, and this win keeps their faint finals hopes alive! And what a performance it was, and it was simply necessary to knock over a formidable opponent in Moscow. The Spetsnaz should now be in panic stations. Fortunately other results have been kind and they will still be in 8th spot after this week, but they have opened themselves up to be overtaken next week, should they lose to... oh. Buenos Aires. Nope, they'll make finals, but they'd like to get some form back.
