Tom Mcdonald summed it up earlier in the year

We have at least a dozen players who play their role every week and play it well - We have good young kids developing and getting better each week. But they can't play as a team. Looking at the team sheet, we should be playing far better than we are. But for some reason, we can only bring it together once every 6 weeks
