Welcome to the start of the Round Robin where we can expect some really tight matches as jostling for positions continues. A lot of matches are too close to call.

Round 16 (AFL Round 16 Friday July 17th to Sunday July 19th)
Winchester Werewolves v Nottingham Hoods @ The Rose Bowl
Werewolves have welcomed injured stars Ablett and Bartel back. Hoods suffered some injuries last week and with some under-performing players as well will need all players fit and firing if to upset the Werewolves.

Huddersfield Hawks v Liverpool Rams @ Galpharm Stadium
Hawks have really been flexing their muscles in recent weeks as we get to the pointy end of the competition. Rams can match them one their day and like the Hoods will need all players fit and firing to match the Hawks.

Bradford Badgers v Oxford Owls @ Badger Village
Badgers also have been firing at the right end of the season and should be too strong for the up and down Owls. Owls are capable of causing the upset but will find it hard against the surging Badgers.

Hastings Hurricanes v Swansea Breakers @ Pilot Fields
Clash of two teams that are very up and down.  This will be to close too call if both teams turn up but if one fails to turn up result will be obvious. May come down to HGA for the Hurricanes.

Crosby Cruisers v Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs @ Ewood Park
Hedgehogs have been very disappointing over the last 2 weeks and will need to lift if they are to overcome the Cruisers who have found some late form.

Leeds Leeches v Manchester Magic @ Elland Road Stadium
These 2 teams meet in a rematch of last week. Magic prevailed last week so would go in as favourites this week with Leeches wanting to turn the tables. Much will depend on the performance of the Captains.

Blackpool Bunnies v Grope Lane Giants @ Bloomfield Road
Bunnies should easily account for the Giants.  Bunnies recorded their highest score of the season last week so will strong favourites to account for bottom placed Giants.

Birmingham Dragons v Staines Steins @ St Andrews Stadium
Dragons should be too strong for Steins here.  Steins have shown improvement over the last few weeks so an upset win would not surprise,

Teams locked at bounce of North Essendon game Friday 17th July.

Let the banter for Round 16 begin

Getting incredibly difficult to choose a team now...will be even tougher if I get Prestia back :-X
Fasolo very close to being named over one of Harwood/Hurn/Butler/Daniel
Minson could get a utility spot, making one of my mids the sub and Christensen coming on for the Poopstain
Argh I dunno
