Looking forward to the miracles which Le Bont produces next year. Go for 110 son.
Only if he is a fwd which I doubt.
Surely he would be, he's spent a bit of time playing deep forward this year.

Yeah Bont wasn't a pure mid - has to maintain DPP IMO

Right now I'm thinking

Def: H. Shaw, B. Smith, E. Yeo, A. Walker/S.D. Thompson,
Mid: Pendles, Sloane, Rockliff, Ablett, Libba
Ruc: Goldy, Mumford
Fwd: D Martin, RG, Bont/Stringer,

blanks with rookies.

Think KK will be a lock in defence too.
Another solid score tonight.
And again. 121 tonight. Locked in if he's fit.
Shaw, KK, Smith...

Def: Shaw too expensive at start of season,  KK and Smith.   maybe malcheski
Mid,  Ablett, Fyfe, Rocky, Sloan,  maybe Libba Beams
Ruck:   Goldy probably too dear,  SMartin, NicNat
Fwd:  Swan, Lids and Bont,   also seriously consider Bennell at new club

I would consider Shaw if there was an abundance of mid rookies and slim pickings down back. He pretty much scored like another mid premo this year

LordSneeze

Ill be avoiding Heater at the start of the year.
He is likely to be priced at 110 average something near 600k. This is the first year he has achieved that feat.

Historically he doesn't start seasons fantastically well, but normally finishes stronger. Not since 2010 has he averaged over 100 in the first 3 games of the year. I cant be bothered working out the average up to the bye rounds YOY, but to me it looks like he will be one of the first defenders I upgrade a rookie to.

Money Shot

whats the max games you can play to get a discount?

The_Captain

Won't be going near KK. All there guns mids will be back next year and he wont be playing on a wing like he did for a lot of this year! And when he does it will be limted. He will average less next year. No value, wont be top 6 defender by years end = no for me.

GM

Holz

Defenders (hate them)
Shaw - Paying for certainty expect a pull back but should be best defender
Rance - will be up and down probably will get him cheaper at some stage but an important gun player
Birchall -  slightly undervalued premo every year
Smith - cheap with concussions worth the price tag

Midfielders (soo much value here)
Ablett - best in the business, underpriced whats not to love
Sloane - priced at 107 i reckon 115-120 lock him in
Liberatore - depends how cheap 20% discount or greater (88 average) and im all over him
JOM - again 20% discount (78 average) and too good to pass up
Crouch - again 20% discount (76) average and locked even 10% for 86 I would pick him

Rucks:
Jacobs - elite ruck plays every game and causes no headaches
Nic Nat - elite ruck with a solid average, has big upside if he lifts i keep him and drop jacobs if he doesnt in comes Goldy

Fwds:
Lids - best forward in the game, will miss a few but worth it
Gunston - superstar, hand held him back from going 100 but hawks are up and so will he, wins the ball so doesnt need goals
Franklin - annoying but 87 average is just too cheap
Stringer - another year another lift at 78 has big big upside.
Henney - injury and list selection held him back. not anymore
Petrecca - hogan of 2016 (big call)

Shaw Birchall Rance B.Smith Rookie Rookie (Rookie, Rookie)
Ablett, Sloane, Libba, JOM, B.Crouch Mills Hooper Rookie (Rookie, Rookie, Rookie)
Jacobs, Nic Nat (Rookie)
Lids,Gunston, Franklin, Stringer, Heeney, Petrecca (Rookie, Rookie)

GM

Nice list Holz
Will probably steer clear of Buddy next year.
Prestia , Danger, & Wines to the mids.
Obviously Gray  and Dusty fwds if DPP.

Like the list Holz. But stringer,..., really? An average of 78.... Yeah he may boost it to 85... But he not a keeper and not much value so can't see why you'd select him?

Who are mills and hooper!?
Are they going to be drafted this year?

Sauce has been a little uncooperative at times this year, will be choosing Sandilands over him I imagine.
Both wouldn't be too bad either.
