SC Draft loophole Question!

Hey lads

I want to loophole JPK(VC) in my draft league.
The league settings have 4 on the bench and if you have donut then you get the worst score from the bench.
I have pittard and Christensen on the bench who will play.
If i put James Kelly on the field and captain him, i should get pittards 78 or christensens score (should be about the same).

Does this sound right?
