glad i have 8 players from these teams

I'm sure most already know, but just in case you are unaware

Following from recent events,
ALL Geelong and Adelaide players are given as having the 'bye' this week, which means we have a best 18 scenario

Question time

So with it being best 18 in DT this week, I am in a bit of an interesting situation

My team is

Hodge, Shaw, Ibbo, Simmo, Enright, Taylor, Brown, Hamling
Steven, Armo, Lewis, I Smith, Hepp, Pendles, Ebert, Cripps, Boston, Stretch, Lambert
Martin , Goldy, Read
Swan, Dustbin, Dahl, Mitchell, Motlop, Gray, Steele, Dale

5 trades and 68k

So I can bring on Brown and Hamling for Taylor and Enright, swing Motlop into the mids, play Steele and make Lambert my emergency. Now my issue is what to do with Stef?

He will be suspended next week and my initial plan was one of the rookie rucks. I thought Brooksby since I make cash and he is on the bubble, but thinking about it a bit more, with best 18 scorers am I better off holding a week? That means I miss out and grab maybe Downie next week. I think Brooksby will hold his spot but it is more a precaution and a way to conserve trades.

With it being best 18 mate you could hold off without to much damage now.

My only issue is Brooksby is on the bubble so he will go up in cash. The face I am short on cash and trades it has me pretty tempted to just grab him

Wish I could reverse trades now.  :-\

I don't need to trade if only best 18 count

Not alone there - Would have only done one trade

Mat0369

Screw it, pulled the trigger on the trade for Brooksby

I can't complain too much I was fielding Brooksby
and Hogan for Grundy and Bennell.

You were unlucky Matt. He was scoring pretty good until being subbed at 3/4 time.

He managed to outscore Dahl as well. I think the positive is as long as he isn't injured he should hold his spot which gives me the week of cover I need at the cheapest price possible for Stef.
