yeah it's great having such an even competition

i was kinda thinking about compo picks for the bottom 2 teams this year though they need help

The NJD/Ottawa list is actually decent.

Has a great midfield and good set of rucks (3 number one rucks) and some really good youth across the mids and fwds. Starting forwards and the whole back line is a problem.

I could trade you a back/s for forwards (young)

Not the most intimidating team on paper, but I think it's an improvement. Had to sacrifice filling the interchange with mids and move on the club's 2015 B&F in Robbie Gray, but I think I've drastically improved the defense and hopefully I can make a few more moves to better the quality of the XVIII.
