cool i just need someone as backup for posting and changing teams like check the team i post when teams are out incase i can't get online for whatever reason and during off season we can discuss trading and drafting

Sounds easy enough.

I should be able to have a look Fridays and cross check your team with the team lineups and suggest swaps if needed.

We'll see how the season goes and work out the off season when we get to it ;)

Would need to be voted on, I’d say pretty restricted pick trading - eg can only trade a first round pick if you’re getting one back and maybe even the same for the second round

I don't like it, but if it happened then you'd have to cap movements. Wouldn't be encouraging pick trading either.

Few things on the agenda today lads;

First, trading can start from now, now that the H&A season has finished up.

Second, we'll be looking for two new coaches to replace Boston and Colorado, who's coaches understandably have time commitment issues which is fair ball. So get cracking on searching for replacements I guess! (I'll seriously need help with that I'm pretty bad at it) Since Boston are a pretty decent team but old and Colorado are the wooden spooners but have some good young talent, I think a two-team redraft of their two lists and draft picks is a fair and good direction to go in, so it's the perfect opportunity for a coach to mould their own list and squad direction. I'm happy to let other teams trade into this Boston+Colorado redraft, for example:

Boston Terriers trade: B-C redraft pick 11
San Francisco Grizzlies trade: Anthony Miles, Eddie Betts and NAT Pick 28
