A move to Milwaukee brings back Happy Days.
PSK is really Potsy...it all makes sense now   ;D

Does anybody have any objections to their rival that they will play in rivalry round? This is in our round 16 (AFL round 18), neutral venues.

Houston Bombers vs Anaheim Mighty Ducks
Quito Quetzals vs Carolina Panthers
Colorado Avalanche vs Chicago Sharks
Las Vegas Sinners vs Ottawa Otters
Santiago Cockerels vs New Brooklyn Hawks
San Francisco Grizzlies vs Boston Terriers

Nige

I'd like to play New Brooklyn to avenge last week's loss and for the banter.

I'm fine with that, so unless psk or syd have any complaints about that change...

I'm also thinking of changing it so it's Quito-Santiago and Carolina-LVS for location-based reasoning, any thoughts?

I haven't played the Sinners much in their short history, however last time we played I beat them solely due to the fact that Steven May (who was in my lineup as D2) concussed Tom Rockliff (who was Syd's captain) in the QClash.

There's got to be some bad blood there  :P

I would prefer not to play the same side three times in a season  :P

Although I just noticed that I'm already playing Las Vegas twice

Should we wait until after round 15? So we can create intense match-ups, like last season? (we had 2-3 sudden death games that week and it set the mood for the finals)

Well we play Quito this week & Round 16. Only played the Sinners once & no more for the season.

I think we should wait until after round 15 - that way we can match the teams that need a win to make finals against each other (it effectively gives us an additional week of finals atmosphere as well and adds more value to making the top 6)

TBH, Still finding my feet & will be trading @ the seasons end, & if we do make the finals a bonus in my first year as coach. So whenever, whoever, hope to give a good showing.

Fighting to play the sinners cos we are so bad :(

Sinners can play a scratch match between the named team and the team of suspended or injured players......
