If you were a Colts supporter it would be funny as I want Newton to flop but obviously want the Panthers to win :-\

However Hilton to score 20 in the first half then go off with a 2 week hammy would be fine. Can't go reversing trades that have been accepted now can we? :P (Now that I've said that I'll wake up tomorrow with news that Matthews has been injured at training and Yeldon has gone down with gastro)

According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune, Allen should be considered out indefinitely.
Spin: In the aftermath of Sunday's loss at Baltimore, the Chargers revealed that Allen suffered a kidney injury that has forced his admittance to a San Diego hospital as symptoms grew worse overnight. Head coach Mike McCoy has relayed that Allen will "miss some time. I'm not going to put a timetable on it as you guys know, and I don't have enough information at this point in time, either." As the week unfolds, Allen's situation could receive some clarity, but there's no telling when he may be able to return.

Well, my season is done. My only good remaining player goes down with injury.

They have Chicago this week, then a bye. So hopefully he can be back after that but Riddick will keep his spot on field for now, just as a Flex not at RB2 like he used to be. (This is assuming my trade passes, if it fails then I'm stuffed :P)

According to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport the 49ers have decided to bench the struggling quarterback, per a source informed of the situation.

Blaine Gabbert will start when the 49ers take on the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
