Didn't watch the game (had tennis), saw the score, shrugged my shoulders. The thing I'm most annoyed about is that I called this result after our loss on Friday but I still tipped Port...

If you are talking about premierships we have 36 SANFL premierships and 1 AFL premiership, wikipedia says so ;) Meanwhile Essendon has 16 (20 if you count VFA). So whether you like it or not, the premierships are there.

And Port and the Crows have over 120,000 members combined, pretty good effort I must say. Only Pies, Hawks and Tigers have more members than the SA clubs.

And also, first to 100 always wins, they did so again today ;)

Crows and port have access to a local (that is, SA) market of 838,000 (ish) people each. Victorian clubs just 579,000 each. So SA clubs should have mathematically 45% more members than Victorian clubs. Yep.
