i have traded rockliff out for ward. glen was the only non player on my field cause i have lewis on the bench and rockliff now that ward has replaced rocky will i get wards score today in place of glen?? just confused me cause it bye round etc. im pretty sure i will but just confirming.

Yep, if Ward is your emergency and Glenn in on your field, normal emergency rules are the go

No. I don't agree with this one.

I think if a line is not full, then the E on that line counts.

If that E is in top 18 scores, it should count.

Let us know what happens.

If you have further available players in any position during these multi-bye rounds, you may set Emergencies for those positions as usual. Emergencies will continue to replace non-starting players in your Starting 22 with the usual rules, in the same position (including any 'bye' player that you may have left in your Starting 22) and their score will only count if it is in your Best 18.
