What are people's thoughts on him this year?

Hasn't gone big yet, but 5/5 tons, and has looked good in each game. Yes he is an injury risk, but with my plan, I will have CEY as my M10, so I will have decent cover if he gets injured again.

He also has Melbourne 2 out of the next 6 games who he avgs 130 against. And with Armitage and Steven having career best years, he won't get the first tag from Vince.

I think he will keep scoring well because as you said no one worries about him anymore with Steven & Armo playing well, but he will be rested and is an Injury risk which would probably outweigh the Benefits of his scoring ability and POD status for me, but go with your gut mate.

Basically, I have $558k to bring in a mid. Joey, Mundy, Ellis, Selwood, Heppell...? Bringing in Sloane next week, so he's out.

I got Wines in at that 500-550k price range and already had J lewis, out of those you have mentioned i do like Joey and Mundy the most. Heppell has had the 150 & 121 but he has had a lot of 100-106 ish games, if the Bombers didn't have all the drug stuff to deal with he would be a better pick but i wouldn't go near him at the moment, Selwood is getting ALL the attention this year for the first time.
I reckon back yourself in and go Joey mate,if you don't have the money for/ already have fyfe/Pendles ect ect, with all the injuries this year we can't have any worse luck + the Saints have a decent run coming up...Melb, Dogs, Bombers, Gws, Tiges Melb, but they do have a tougher run in our SC finals  Freo Syd ect which u need to factor in if focusing on league wins.

Would hardly call that tagging but yeh Wines won't get tagged very much this year

Got Wines last week and Montagna the week before. Going well so far.. Lots have said Joey is an injury risk but he he has played 20+ games for 9 years straight.. Worth the risk for me considering the shower this season has served up so far.
