Was in my plans to trade to Hodge next week but may reconsider if I can get 18 players on the field. Very Consistent and his lowest score is only 61 but all others are 70 or above.

He is also my smoky for the rising star having received the nomination in round 5.

If I can get 18 I think I will Keep him ... He is reliable enough for d6 imo

He's just had an amazingly consistent year, even better than Lewy Taylor last year considering he took a little while to get into it. But Cripps has been the better player, and personally I'd like to see Hogan get it just because of what he's done in his first season as a FF has been incredible - much rarer than a young midfielder having a good year.

But by far the best of those in their first contracted year!

Was thinking saad/Oxley to Houli but now considering newnes to Hodge instead hmmmm..,

Holden the ball

should he go this week?

Ringo

he is gone from me as he is not playing and I need 18 playing. Saad to Hodge will be a net gain of 30ppg but seriously considering reversing and going Newness to Hodge.

ScottieD

The guy is dead-set going to attempt to fast for 1 month for Ramadan (Muslim tradition).  Not sure what this entails, but looking for a reason to trade him this week as it was always my plan.  I'm thinking he could be running on empty... Smith to come in for him this week in my team I think.  But he has been very impressive and I thank him for his consistency in my otherwise inconsistent backline.

Yeah, I am in the same boat, but I also have McKenzie on the wing and it maybe a better option for me to go McKenzie to Hodge, with Hodge on the wing (for the moment)

Grazz

Same tempted to keep Saad and punt Newnes.

Ringo

Saad is only averaging 2ppg less than Newnes who were slotted as a keeper at start of season. Saad B/e next week is very achievable whereas Newnes has a B/e of 118. McKenzie is the other offering but with a negative B/e surely you would keep him.  I have him and will be looking at him to upgrade if he does not play with the cash gained by going Newnes rather than Saad.

Bachar Houli does it every year too doesn't he?

Yes they do but think both have agreement from the Iman to donate to charity if unable to adhere for physical reasons.

I think Newnes is getting more and more SC friendly as the season goes on...rookies will tire...keeping Saad a real option but not over Newnes, a call that may backfire but willing to put my neck out for Newnes atm.

Yeah but he doesnt fast. Basically Muslims who traditionally fast during Ramadan can have special leave from fasting and will do extra prayers.

If athletes fast during Ramadan then they can cause grief to their bodies
