I'm gonna dock a point (that is, from the total of your weekly scores) out of spite because I'm a benevolent ruler

1224 to 1223, enjoy ;)
Malevolent*  :P

right you are, I knew it was one of them but cbf googling it :3

but I am pretty benevolent too, only docking 1 score point and not a premiership point :P

It's a shame Armitage didn't get the call-up  :-\ He's basically carried the Cockerels to our only 3 wins of the season. Enright did a great job representing us last night though, at the Power's expense (so a win-lose for me)

East 23.7.145 defeated West 20.16.136
(Real: 2169 vs 2044)

A low score of 94 wraps up how lucky good East was. East named two players who were missing through bye - their replacements scored 122 and 138, while their first-listed emergency scored 56. Not even "just" 117 from their captain could slow them down, compared to 151 by his counterpart. You'd think a score of 136 would usually be enough in this series - not this week. Players from Las Vegas, New Jersey, and San Francisco earned medals - the three teams with two-part locations, and two of the bottom four; along with top place.

Nat Fyfe wins All-American
Nic Naitanui wins Beast of the East Medal
Leigh Montagna wins Best in the West Medal
East leads series 1-0

Best
East: Naitanui, Enright, Wingard, Riewoldt, Blicavs, Ebert, Ibbotson, McVeigh, Pendlebury, Priddis, Shiel, Higgins, Ward
West: Fyfe, Montagna, Heppell, Shaw, McDonald, Franklin, Hooker, Steven, Hannebery, Westhoff

Also, I reckon a certain Brent Stanton (fourth most points this week) may push for selection in round 13...

powersuperkents

hahaha historically is the East currently 4-0? (i.e. undefeated)

Because I'm pretty sure it was taken with straight sets last year

Memphistopheles

Haha clearly it was my plan to disorient the West by naming players who had the bye.

What a good win :D

Ele - you can take over naming the team on my week if you like?

To be honest I thought all three coaches consulted every week to name a side together not one each week. If I hadn't of thought it was like that I probably wouldn't have even posted a team.

elephants

Yeah I'll be back on board this week lads.

kilbluff1985

i assume no teams get points during this event

i have a suggestion to generate more interest

which ever side wins best 2 of 3 each team gets 4 points

or the teams in the winning side each week gets 4 points so 12 up for grabs total

btw Jukes i messaged CK to let him know he is coach of East this week he wants to know if he can pass it off cause he is going to Queensland on Friday i figured would be easy to get a replacement for him

Jukes

Yeah that's fair enough, so psk gets the team in round 13 now

West with the coaching stability :D

idk about giving them premiership points as that'd be a massive difference for the ladder, maybe a % boost? or they get for example their 3rd and 4th round picks in the NAT draft moved up to the top 6? Up for discussion, of course, if anybody has anything better.

We could just play the one All-Star game and then a normal week but do it how Worlds do? (take scores from one week for some players and the second week for others)

I like to be different tho :P

Carn the East, obviously the greatest talent pool of the two continents  :P

Hopefully Gawn gets the call up this week, he's been killing it after 2 games haha

elephants

I'll name a team after my last exam lads, hopefully before lockout haha
