Have had Selwood since the start, don't see any reason why anyone would want to bring him in until his form improves

Because it's Joel Selwood and he is bound to turn around his form at any given time because he is a true champion of our game and it's the ability to get him when that big score comes in that will put you apart from the competition

Watching him on the footy show tonight and when asked about his form he stated he has been down and in that time he's tried to enhance the development of the kids around him but obviously needs to improve his game and he said he looks forward to Essendon this week to make a statement

Hearing that is why I'm heavily considering him, but Buddy will go up in price, whereas Jelwood will stall so it's likely Jelwood will come in for Rocky next week if he scores well

MC

On face value you MUST take Selwood. But if you will bring in both anyway i'd still go Selwood first because his rd 13 bye will be less of a detriment to your team than another rd12 bye will be. Buddy can come in after his bye, or else bypass him in preference of a more consistent scorer. Selwood has quite a few years of 120+ averages, can't see him sitting at 100 for long.

Essendon don't currently have a tagger who could shut Selwood down but in saying that Buddy is likely to have a field day against the Suns.

Frozensage

If there is one team that loves playing players into form, that would be dons. Having said that buddy should b top 8 fwd but selwood not top 10 mid. So lock buddy.

FactHunt

I think both should go well this week.
I think Jelwood will have the higher average come season's end, that's where i'd invest.

Dude seriously ...  There is no contest between these two imo

One is a top 6 forward one is not going to be a top 15 mid!!!!
