With the sub, a player is still subbed out for the one subbed on. There's still 36 players on the field for 4 quarters.
It shouldn't affect it too much

Sounds nice in theory Ric But in reality depends on who has been subbed off,  If you add the 2 together some are really low and that may not be the case when sub rule is outed. As I said I will be making my assessment after first 4 rounds as there may be the added of actor of guns resting forward rather than being rotated and counting to interchange cap.
