I think the most 'famous' things a team can do is (no particular order):

- Premier
- Wooden Spoon
- 9th
- Minor Premier
- Runner-Up

And Dublin already has 3 of those. I'm picking them to take out the other 2 this year.

I agree,  I peaked way way too early anf im sure I will have some bad luck come finals. I already have the csptain yips and a last minute switch from Walters to Bruce cost me ky crooke streak.

roo boys!

Ryder :( Has been out of form but I'd still much rather have him than not for this crucial clash

Cairo Sands

B: J.McGovern, N.Smith, J.Laidler, S.Rowe
M: D.Beams (vc), L.Dunstan, K.Amon, T.Colyer
R: S.Mumford (c)
F: L.Breust, P.Puopolo, B.Brown, J.Lonie
I: J.Batchelor, B.Stratton

E: F.Roberts, S.Dwyer, A.Woodward

Dwyer probs won't make the 22 for the Pies and if he does will probably be sub, Woodward is an emg for the Hawks. We pretty much have 16 playing this week thanks to the returns of Brown and Lonie. Amon named on field for Port, looks like he'll avoid the best. No Brodie Smith or Mark Hutchings returns this week either. Hopefully we can somehow get the win.

Buenos Aires Dillos:

D: E.Wood, S.Atley, T.Goldsack, T.Chaplin
M: M.Wallis (C), B.Hill, A.Brayshaw, S.Biggs.
R: J.Melksham (OOP)
F: T.Adams, J.Schulz, L.Thomas, J.Tutt.
U: M.Crouch (VC), J.DeGoey

E: C.Newman, N.Graham, J.Neade.

Rest: C.Ellis

I think it's the first time we've been given any hope, c'mon Dillos!!

Tokyo Samurai
Def: Henderson, Johannisen, Ibbotson, Rivers
Mid: Miles, Parker (C), Jack, Cunningham (+10%)
Ruck: Lycett
Fwd: Dahlhaus (VC), Motlop, Suban, Cripps
IC: Yarran, Burgoyne
Emergencies: Carrazzo, Ambrose, Carlisle

Not expecting Lycett to make the final team but will name him for now. Suckling dropped and Judd injured but both were likely to get a spell anyway.

Rest: Ambrose

Dublins' "RUN! IT'S A ROYAL" Destroyers

D: Michael Hibberd, Colin Garland, Dustin Fletcher, Jack Grimes
M: Nat Fyfe (C), Jack Steven (VC), Adam Treloar (R), Daniel Cross
R: Jake Spencer
F: Charlie Dixon, Dale Thomas, Drew Petrie, Lewis Jetta
I: Jack Viney, Marco Paparone
E: Jarryn Geary, Jordan Murdoch, Jack Watts

Will Langford misses his first of the year... which is surprisingly important, because I now play 5 Melbourne players  ::)

But, as shown by last week, if Melbourne win, which they very well may do this week, then Berlin produces.

Bring it, Dublin.

Jroo

Our depth is looking better with Broadbent, Robinson, Nroo, McBean, Stewart named and youngsters like Dale, Acres, Krak keep their spot.

Toronto Wolves

D: J.Kelly, S.Butler, J.MacMillan, R.Shaw
M: S.Pendlebury (C), R.Griffen, B.Cunnington, I.Smith
R: T.Hickey
F: J.Ziebell, J.Crisp, M.Pavlich, L.Henderson
I: M.Robinson, A.Swallow

E: C.Pedersen, K.Turner, A.Toovey

IN: A.Swallow, L.Henderson
OUT: P.Ryder, K.Mitchell

Now Purps, last week I felt the hunch I'd had a bit of misfortune with the vice captaincy selection so decided to go left field and place it on Ryder. Now, that resulting in him playing a very poor game and getting injured and missing this week :P

So, on that note, I think the vice captain is officially cursed at Toronto this season:
Round 1 - Lachie Henderson - 60
Round 2 - Ben Cunnington - 110
Round 3 - Had two Co-captains and no VC
Round 4 - Ben Cunnington - 81
Round 5 - Ryan Griffen - 69
Round 6 - Ben Cunnington - 39
Round 7 - Ryan Griffen - 53
Round 8 - Paddy Ryder - 66 and injured

So Purps, purely based off my array of vice captains only producing 1 par score, in round 2, I'd like to propose I no longer name a vice captain and on the off chance Pendles doesn't play hopefully that goes off preferences, which would be Griffen anyway :)

Its time to unleash NDTs secret weapon... Enter Keegan Brooksby

http://www.goldcoastfc.com.au/news/2015-05-21/brooksby-elevated-off-rookie-list
QuoteThe Gold Coast SUNS have elevated mature-aged rookie Keegan Brooksby off the rookie list to replace Jarrod Garlett, who will likely miss the remainder of the season after having an ankle reconstruction

Spencer will be crying in the corner about now

Lets try this again. ..

Are you implying that I'm soft HP?  :P

Lol rb, that is most certainly a cursed VC. If that's the case, then you're dooming Ryan Griffen, who'll be the VC if you don't pick one  :-X

Maybe just give it to Rhyce Shaw, who is scoring terrible anyway  :P
