I'm happy I'm playing the Jaguars without Ablett - they'll be quite dangerous when he's back in.

From Purps' PM, surely I'm not the only one who like Beijing? They're an exciting young side on the rise and they were my former team when I was a bit of a spud.

Bit of Ross Lyon about JROO?
not that good a coach just inherits good lists?

"Supercoach Killer"
"Doesn't blood youth"

all those myths

Nice write ups again Purps! Bit of a tough match for us this week against the Spetsnaz. We've been pretty consistent in our scores so far this year but don't have anywhere near the ceiling that Moscow has, so I think our chances rest on them not having a huge week. Hopefully it will be a good game though!

And thanks for the Beijing love! It's good to hear that others are liking how the team is shaping up 8) Still a bit of work to be done before we can really challenge I think, but we're on the way.

I will admit, I've been harsh the weak teams... but when they churn out a good performance, I do give them cred  :P

Good we don't like you either  :P

Also, I like Christchurch because meow is a much better coach than Holz. He's the real Ross Lyon

I agree with the Meow being Ross Lyon. I note Lyon has zero premiership.

I'm more a Jock Mchale type.
