I'll prob end up keeping him and seeing how he goes after his bye. Still a long season to go and cant go too crazy with luxury trades

The moment you trade him is the moment he goes berserk, Murphy's Law. Have never traded out Selwood and don't intend to start now.

Surely if you have the elephant (which I don't thank God) you have to hold through his bye, let him refresh/recover, or whatever and see how he goes R14.

How stupid would you feel if you do trade him and he goes consistent 110 - 140's for the rest of the year

I didn't mind his finish to the game today, he kicked a captain's goal and won some critical clearances. If I didn't have him already I'd be looking to get him in at his price. Selwood is down but not out, this isn't the first time he's had a sluggish start.

Grufflez

Jelwood lock for next year with Danger taking the attention half of the time!  ;)

Definitely wouldn't be looking to get him in right now. This is more than a sluggish start. We are 12 weeks in ffs. He's either a premium or he isn't - can't keep relying on him picking up his form out of nowhere

Danger is looking for success. Why would he go to a team full of 30 year old's who just lost to Melbourne at their 'Fortress'.

Ha Ha, might do the same.
Well I did it, traded him down to Sloane. Still doesn't sit all that well. Feels like a waste of a trade but I just wanna get off this ride.

Holz

I just cant bear to trade him out he has done soo well for me over the years. probably a reflection of my season.

Will keep him as im running low on trades and probably start him next year too. I just cant believe that this champion will stay down and im not selling him at this price.

+1 dont think i will be getting him next year even if he is a good price and scoring well

redfield

It's a really though call. I think after 12 rounds we can say that it's no longer a slow start to the season and, given that the Cats have their bye this week, it's the perfect time to trade him. If you don't have Sloane then that's the obvious trade. I guess the other side of the argument is that maybe a week off and some reflection will see him get back to his best during the back end of the season.

IntegralX

I'm hoping he gets better after a week off but if not then I'll waste a trade to go to Heppell or something...

I think I'll be avoiding him next year too.

Gigantor

It will be one of those hindsight decisions. He stays down the traders will be chirping away, if he goes 110+ for the final 10 all the "Don't trade proven premos" folks will be going "I told you so!"

Me? I'm trading him out :)

Nothing concrete, but not exactly thrilled at the idea of Jelwood spending more time forward...

First Johnson and now Selwood, Scott is fast becoming a pain in the backside.
