is anyone up for taking a punt?

Michael Walters is now prices as much as most rookies at 321k. Still very cheap because he got groggy in a game and was subbed out early. remove that and he is going 52 72 101 52 112. has been abit underdone given he is coming off an injury but looks like he could push 90 average if he gets it together.

28 break even.

been injured, plus the season isnt over yet. 2/3 100+ scores is a good start.

Bring him in this week and then Barlow/Buddy + Rocky next week

Avoid having to pick up shower rookies

Considered him just before hehe...
But I would be looking at Rookie + Rookie to Rocky + Walters, and the rook up forward I would have to lose would be Hoges. (+ VDB in the guts)
Whereas I can drop VDB + Lonie for rookie and Sauce (on field for TBC) with an easy Cripps to Rocky next week...
I see more certainty in the latter trades, even though the former could be more lucrative in the short term?!?

Value there for the Walters trade for sure... but Im gonna let it go through to the keeper

I think I'm grabbing him. I Think he can be a pretty handy f7 late in the year or a nice stepping stone to a fallen promo. Straight swap from Salem for me

Bring him in this week, then I can grab Buddy + Rocky next week, leaving me with just Saad, Oxley and Miller to go. Will probably upgrade Walters around the byes if I can

this intrigues me, treloar and walters in this week, gives me the extra week to weigh up rocky, tata salem? what's walters previous averages like?

Had an average of 88 back in 2013 from 18 games. However apart from that year he hasn't played over 8 games in a season, and with his rollercoaster scoring ability he's too much of a risk for mine. Risk versus reward I guess...

Yep that's the plan - Rookie situation isn't looking good at the moment and what is essentially a sideways trade between VandenBerg and Walters sound good to me. He will probably become Gray at some stage
