My defence and mids look awful this week!! I would really appreciate any advice!

Team:
DEF: Shaw, Oxley, Ibbotson, Lumumba, McIntosh, Brown.
Bench: Saad, Simpson

MIDS: Fyfe, Pendlebury, Kennedy, Beams, Cripps, Vandenberg, Krakeouer, Heeney.
Bench: Lewis, Ellis-Yolmen, Glenn.

RUCKS: Maric, Naitanui.
Bench: Cox

FOR: Martin, Swan, Gray, Bont, Bellchambers, Tarrant.
Bench: Lonie, Clark.

Remaining:$69,200.

Trade thoughts:
1. Heeney ----> McKensie
2. ????

I was keen to get rid of Bellchambers for Titch, but with all the injuries in my mids and backs, I think thats the least of my worries! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Kade Simpson has been disappointing all year, same as the blues, so thinking of trading him. What are peoples thoughts?

I'm in a very similar spot, but you have to hold tight with guys like Simpson.

Heeney to McKenzie makes sense, that gives you coverage in the midfield.

How much cash would you have if you then went and traded CEY? Perhaps look at getting Mitchell or Barlow in for him.

No way you would trade Simmo until the rest of your team is set, and Bellcho should probably be one of your last calls because he's providing ruck cover.

Heeney to McKenzie should give you ~100k plus the 69k you've got, the only real option I see is CEY to Barlow. I would maybe just do the one trade to avoid the donut and see what happens next week, hopefully some will come back in for you.

Thanks for your feedback lads, after trading out Heeney to McKenzie I have $186,500 to play with.
I was hoping to hold with CEY ,  but he may be the best option to trade!
