Trading out Vandenberg and Hogan.

Barlow an obvious M7-M8 to finish the season with, at a rock bottom price. Does his role be affected by the emergence of Neale?
Mitchell has proven his point scoring ability when he plays, but can he play out the season AND average a keeper-like score?

Any explanation would be great.

Thanks!

Doing the exact same although am getting Barlow next week as needed to fit in McKenzie. Yes there's a lot of risk in TMitch but there is massive upside. And we all know Barlow is a proven fantasy Jet. Won't get him at a cheaper price.

Jimmykidd

Mundy is dominating this year too. Both taking some points off him

ronburgndy

I want both but will miss out on MacKenzie
Very tempted
There is always Lever next week but that will mess up my rocky and selwood trades next week
gotta love it

Mundy and Neale are clearly cutting into Barlow's lunch, and I think Mitchell's first two scores are going to suck a lot of people in

ants

they will both average over 100 providing titch stays in the best 22! depends if your looking for a mid (barlow) fwd (titch)! had barlow last year and was a good pick but hes not in my predicted best top 8 so i went titch!!!

I'm so tempted to agree but that's also what I thought about Bont and he's still going well. I think I'll be able to get my team finished with ~8-10 trades remaining so I'm ok if the punt on Titch doesn't pay off, I think I'll give it a whirl.

Fair call, and nothing wrong with that

I'd personally rather just wait on Titch, and in a months time or so if he is still going well and is guaranteed best 22 then I'll happily pay an extra 100k or so for him if he is in fact a must

In the meantime, I'll pass and focus on getting other players in :)

Bont was safe in the team though.

I've had a good run with injuries so I'm going to take a punt, worst case he gets a low score this week, makes bugger all money and gets dropped. Best case he keeps his spot and averages 100+ and is a keeper

No they're not. Mundy has always been there and Neale has taken Crowley's spot.

Barlow was severely impacted by his ankle and had to play an outside role until his ankle freed up and his lateral movement improved.

When I said they are cutting his lunch, I am talking about from a SC point perspective - not team structures etc

Mundy has always been there but is exploding at the moment, and Neale is racking up the pill too, so yes they have to be impacting Barlow from a SC point perspective

As long as Mundy and Neale continue to have big influences, I cant see Barlow averaging enough to be a Top 10 SC mid

That's fair Holz, but would you agree that basically the only reason NOT to pick Titch is the risk he'll be dropped? That's the way I see it, and I don't think it's worth worrying too much about something we can't know. Without a crystal ball we've got no idea what could happen. JPK, K.Jack and Hanners could all blow ACLs this weekend, then all of a sudden Titch's spot looks absolutely concrete. They lost to the dogs and he didn't get dropped which gives me a bit of hope. Worst case scenario I pick him, he gets dropped after this weekends game, and will probably be a profit to swap to Buddy... Best case scenario pick up a top forward for 405k...

RaisyDaisy

Cant see Mitchell getting dropped anytime soon

It's the second half of the season that concerns me, but as I've said I'll just watch and see how he goes over the next month or so

How does ones SC score impact anothers?? Barlow's scoring was impacted because of his ankle, meaning he had to play a more outside role.
