Trade thoughts that's driving me insane

I'm wanting to trade out Rich and Ibbotson but not sure who for.

Here are the options:
Ibbo to Picken â€" Rich to Boak / Mitchell / Barlow / Duncan or Stevie J
Ibbo to Boyd â€" Rich to Mitchell / Duncan or Stevie J

I'm leaning toward Ibbo to Boyd, Rich to Duncan.

I'm just not sure whether Picken will be consistent? Also not sure on Boyd's longevity!

End of the day anything can happen and it can go either way.
