Who has to go first?

I'm looking to trade Mcintosh to JKelly and then I'm very stuck..
I'm leaning towards getting TMitchell in is he to risky??
If so I have Rich, Newton and Mcarthy to choose from. I'm thinking with lower break evens for the week that I boot Rich and do something with the other 2 next week. Suggestions appreciated

I'd be moving Newton first out of that lot.

Rich should be kept and moved to defence. Newton needs to go first though
