Goldy's SC score is bullshower. He hasn't been that much better than TBC but scores are 49 to 24.

Goddard a good recruit for me this week. Thought about the VC for him but went against it.

Umps are pretty normal for Essendon games so cannot complain about it.

We are not playing very well again. We know what we need to do but just don't have the pills to play quickly and take the game on.

If the message from the Coaching staff isn't getting through to the players maybe we need a new coaching staff.

Boys having a crack- and a fair one. Not being adjudicated fairly on it.

The umps have not determined the current north margin. Our poor play has.

Our last 3 weeks have been the worst football we have played since 2006.

The boys have been told to move the ball quickly and take the game on. They did it for 10 minutes in the 1st term and haven't done it since.

Now North are all over us. We'll lose by 10+ goals if we don't start playing aggressively and taking the game on.

See the 1st play of the 3rd term. Move the ball quickly, make the defense panic and get goals.

lol Wayne Carey has no clue. He made 0 contact with the ball, hit Waite after he had marked it front on. You could not have a more definitive free kick

reckon he has more knowledge of the game then you mate

His exact quote was "That's incidental contact" which doesn't matter seeing as incidental plays no part in whether its a free kick. He impeded Waite's marking contest by not properly contesting the ball.

On the Razor Ray scale for terrible umpires this is pretty middle of the road stuff

Don't get me wrong, I agree the footy is better when we move it quicker.

I think that is a separate issue to the adjudication of the game in the first half.

I love seeing the boys move it quickly through the guts.
