In my opinion "the superstar blueprint" is looking dated, "team ball" is rising above

That's still not right. Looking at the Warriors who have had the best record in the history of the NBA and are looking at back to back championships, the have the best player in the league right now. Pretty much the analytics Hinkie was using to build the 6'ers is the following .

The components of the championship team â€" a player in the NBA 96th percentile, a player in the NBA 90th percentile, and a third player in the NBA 79% percentile.  Find those, and the team is set.  Find those, and you will have your championship.

So assuming every team has the maximum roster (15) that brings it to a total of 450 players in the league. So they would need a top 18 player, a top 45 player and a top 94 player. The Warriors probably have 4 or 5 guys that fit that category with Steph, Klay and Draymond probably in the top 20.

The difference is it is probably coming back to building a team and gaining chemistry compared to try and force that chemistry with big name FA's like the Cavs. You still need a superstar to win championships, it's just going to be a matter of how teams get them and how they play together. The Warriors only really traded for complimentary pieces, not guys to build their franchise around which has helped them establish that chemistry with their core group.

Exactly Steph grew into the best player in that system, Klay, Draymond grew into their roles, they grew into continuity

When was the last time you saw the Warriors act like this to each other

You cant buy continuity

I think we might be saying the exact same thing just differently

Got on Curry yesterday for MVP at $1.80 pre Draymond suspension, come into $1.18 now.

Also reckon GSW will throw this game as if they win Dray can't celebrate with the team unless he fronts a 140K fine.  Cavs paying $3 for the game 5 win, I'm on it!

Doubt they would throw a game

R.Griffen

That was one thing Golden State didn't get to do which was win the final game on their home court. It has been bought up many times. Since they have a chance to win it at home I believe they will atleast try to take that opportunity

Mat0369

140k is a piss in the ocean for them. They'll just pay for the fine

RiOtChEsS

If GSW close out in game 5:

It would be hard to give it too Draymond

Difficult to give it to Curry even if he plays well

With Draymond out Igoudala would be the most probable selection (and i cashed out for triple my outlay already :'( )

Igoudala should be MVP. Has been as good, if not better than last year. When will he stop being underrated ???

I should have put money on him when I said about it before the series.
Would have made me a handy return
He has kept Lebron relatively quiet

I did and then cashed out before game 4 as i dropped a 5er on it an cashed out just under 15

Cashed out my Draymond Finals MVP bet for just under 20 on a 5 dollar bet to, i put that on at the beginning of the OKC series
