i also fall into the skip category.
Lol in more ways than one
Hahaha Skip is a good laugh. "My heart is telling me that psychologically the Warriors have the mental edge over the Cavs, but my head tells me that the psychological edge the Warriors have might be undone by Cavs' motivation and willpower" ;D Still better than Stephen A tho.

Highly recommend the 'Disgrace of the Highest Order' series on Youtube if you're familiar with First Take, it's hilarious.
What does he even talk about half the time? And wow just watched 3 episodes, that was gold! Unexpected greatness.

If the regular season was as easy as some of you guys are implying those Heat and Lakers (With Pau) teams should have won 70+ games every year. Kobe and LeBron never rested in their primes plus they played more minutes
The greats dont even care about the regular season.

look at the spurs they just turn up win most games and then start their season in the playoffs and they finished 67-15

Their 73 regular season only counts if they win the championship. If not then their 2015 asterix season is ahead of their 2016 season.
Michael Jordan disagrees and he is the greatest https://youtu.be/DIjMR2z1UJs?t=3m44s

Spurs have never won 70 games so why look at them, only 2 teams in history have, it is rarefied air

The 73 win season counts in the history books as the best single season record ever, truly it's in there have a look, indisputable

*Season w0w, this is the same keyboard you support the *Patriots and Tom Brady with right ???

Michael Jordan as the Charlotte owner has shown that he knows very little about current basketball. Fantastic player and basketball IQ for when he is playing. He is a below average removed from that.

amazing talent, amazing athlete, best competitor the game has seen but thats it.

People need to stop saying best season ever, and replace with best regular season ever.

I go for the patriots but im not bias towards them. They wernt the best team last year and I dont think they will be this year. They also probably shouldn't have one against the sea hawks, they got lucky that they didnt run the ball.
You have barely made sense, MJ was talking about winning 70 games, something he is qualified to speak about because he won 70 games, the record is for best regular season im not confused about that, nor is anyone else in this thread.

My point about the asterisks is it is hypocritical to argue the Patriots dont deserve them while you're handing them out to flowering Golden State, i mean what are you smoking ??? the GSW just beat the teams in front of them, they didn't use PED's or try and bend the rules, they simply beat every team in front of them.

I know people are talking about the regular season. But if they are you must say best regular season ever. Not best season, they are two different things. It might only be 1 word but 1 word makes a difference.

no doubt warriors have had the best regular season ever. I personally would have given it to the spurs if they went 41-0 at home as thats perfection.

even if warriors sweep then the best season ever is still the bulls.

yeah there is no asterix on the pats last win. If your calling deflated footballs thats a joke, if your seing the seahawks wernt fully healthy then thats somewhat legit. Its true the warriors only beat whats in front of them and they cant change that. Its the same as saying lebron making 6 straight finals is only because he is in the east. there is truth in that but 6 straight is impressive in anyone's books. especially when its in 2 different teams just shows he is the difference.

anyway go Cavs go.

im not a warriors hater im just saying they are very good, not all time great. People get confused thinking that im calling them scrubs. They can easily beat the cavs they have the game but this is no walkover. It wont be like the 14 Spurs.

So why call it "2015 asterisk season"

If you don't believe the Pats last bowl was an asterisk how can you say 2015 GSW is, it's hypocritical imo

going for teague makes no sense unless get more back in return.

if your going to trade out okafor/noel should be a young guy.

I reckon they stuff up the sixers and make a sub par older team with guys like teague then rebuild in 2-3 years.
trust the process.

Game 1 Prediction GSW 91 CLE 85

Great deal for the Hawks, Shroeder has proven he is ready be the top PG in Atlanta

They get a staunch defender to compliment their slick scoring front court

I don't hate it for the 76's either, veteran leadership and ball handling will get them better looks

Could also pave the way to pick Brandon Ingram...

elephants

Golden State to win this one, agree it'll be tight though!

Hope Cleveland's D shows up this series

but when Ingram/Simmons, Okafor, Embiid, Saric are in their prime this guy will be retired.

has been declining since his all star year.

i would rather punt on Dunn then him.

still dont understand why they dont draft Simmons and just stick him at PG.

Simmons, Smith, ?????, Saric, Embiid/Okafor

I reckon they actually target a SF.

It's time to start winning, if the PG of the future is getting 20 minutes behind Teague who is passing on intricacies of the craft to him and improving the quality of shots other players it's a big win for the team, in 2 years Teague has done his job, the youth are ready to ascend to bigger things with a solid foundation in place.
Most teams have some veteran leadership and or veteran ball handling

Jay

Warriors should be starting Iggy.
