I'd consider Towns

I'm not convinced Kawhi can be the undisputed #1 guy on a championship team yet. Don't get me wrong, I'd still take him over just about anyone but it is something he has to prove.

From what I've seen and development wise, there's a serious case to be made for Towns over AD.

If the regular season was as easy as some of you guys are implying those Heat and Lakers (With Pau) teams should have won 70+ games every year. Kobe and LeBron never rested in their primes plus they played more minutes

The greats dont even care about the regular season.

look at the spurs they just turn up win most games and then start their season in the playoffs and they finished 67-15

Their 73 regular season only counts if they win the championship. If not then their 2015 asterix season is ahead of their 2016 season.

Michael Jordan as the Charlotte owner has shown that he knows very little about current basketball. Fantastic player and basketball IQ for when he is playing. He is a below average removed from that.

amazing talent, amazing athlete, best competitor the game has seen but thats it.

People need to stop saying best season ever, and replace with best regular season ever.

I go for the patriots but im not bias towards them. They wernt the best team last year and I dont think they will be this year. They also probably shouldn't have one against the sea hawks, they got lucky that they didnt run the ball.

You have barely made sense, MJ was talking about winning 70 games, something he is qualified to speak about because he won 70 games, the record is for best regular season im not confused about that, nor is anyone else in this thread.

My point about the asterisks is it is hypocritical to argue the Patriots dont deserve them while you're handing them out to flowering Golden State, i mean what are you smoking ??? the GSW just beat the teams in front of them, they didn't use PED's or try and bend the rules, they simply beat every team in front of them.
