From what I've seen of Morrow, he doesn't offer much besides the 3pt shooting
nor was Robertson stopping Klay, if you intend on shooting the 3 and cant stop Klay you had to play Morrow

Cookie311993

Roberson wasn't given the matchup on Thompson. Westbrook has marked him for majority of the series, followed by KD

However you dissect it, Morrow can shoot the 3 and OKC didnt play him when they were chucking up 25 a game @20%

Morrow was actually 2/2 from 3 out of that 10 for 50 so 8 for 48 from 3 :o

When Roberson air-balled that open three I literally laughed out loud. Then he turned down another wide open three and dished it to Waiters to brick one of his 0-5 from downtown.

Just a semi-decent three-and-D guy would help OKC so much. Roberson was excellent on D all playoffs but is a total liability on offence.

yeah they are doing good.

first healthy elite team they have beat in a playoff series.

never said they couldnt do it, just said they hadn't.

Curry was solid but i gotta give props to Klay his game 6 peformance is the main reason they are into the finals. Curry just finished it off.

looking forward to Lebron v Curry.

i think its the finals everyone wanted to see.

Klay is great because the threat of Curry allows him to be and Curry is great because of the threat Klay is himself. Since Curry plays on and off ball it's just that more ridiculous once you add his playmaking and shot creation. One is an 2 time MVP and the other is a high end number 2.

This series win should put most doubt to rest about how much of an all time great team we are watching unfold. Huge respect to the Thunder for running out another historic individual season in the Spurs and pushing this team all the way to Game 7. They might be the best Conference Final loser of all time too

Big call!

I'll probably be supporting the Cavs in the finals. It'd be good to see Cleveland finally get a championship. Either way we get to see two modern greats do battle, should be an awesome series. Gonna be soooo many threes ;D

Recency bias at its finest.

Yeah for me it would be two awesome narratives for either team if they win:
For Cleveland, LeBron secures his stance as at least the 2nd GOAT and gets one for the 'Land.
For the Warriors, caps off a historic season and establishes them as a dynasty and one of the best stretches of basketball a team has played.

Either way we will be seeing two historically great players (Hoping Steph earns that title in the years to come), and one historically great team battling for their place in NBA lore.

I couldn't believe we kept dishing the ball to him while he kept missing. The fact he only scored 4 points hurts. He can get all the defensive aspects. Double digits in rebounds

what is an all time great team?

if you include 2011-2014 Heat,  2013-2014 Spurs, 2008-2010 lakers, 2000-2005 lakers, 2003-2007 Spurs and 2008-2010 Celtics as all time great teams from 2000 onwards then yes they have entered that realm is they win this year.

If your talking 90s Bulls, 80s Lakers 60s Celtics then not even close.

Not saying they are there, those teams won 3+ titles - this team has only won one. In the salary cap era it's unlikely we see teams dominate with that amount of titles ever again.

thats fine if thats the standard for all time greats then if the warriors win they join the likes of the 11-14 heat, 13-14 spurs etc..

back to back is a fair argument they join that.

If they can win say 4-5 out of 7 years then they can start entering another conversation.
