Did you hear how Thon Maker went, Griff?

I'm so excited for the lottery! Does anyone know if it will be on NBA TV?
He sat out the 5-5 in my opinion that was good for his stocks sitting out as he tested well. Playing against College players in the 5-5 I believe would have made him struggle very different style in the games at the draft combine

His athleticism surprised NBA scouts

Maximum Vertical Leap: 36.5’

Standing Vertical Leap: 32’

Lane Agility Time: 11.5 seconds

Three Quarter Sprint: 3.33 seconds

Shuttle Run: 3.09 seconds
Very interesting. Where do you see his draft range? Boston's non-lottery picks are 16 and 23. 16 I feel 16 is too high, but maybe I'd take the punt at 23!

I reckon worth the 16 your in a postion where you need to take a risk to attract stars in my opinion. You can pick up a solid pick with your first pick, take the punt on the second and take another safe pick with 23.

I'm not a huge fan of Maker but 15 would be the earliest I'd want to take him. So yeah mid to late first round

I just wanna see where Ben Simmons ends up

Still another 24 hours til the lottery and Kings get the #2 pick ;)

I'm trying not to get my hopes up... But how should I celebrate when Boston gets the first pick? We've had enough bad luck in the lottery over the years - we're due!! Ben Simmons!!

Warriors are dominating us atm. Far too many turnovers

What's the best scenario for Simmons? Where does he prosper?

Also Warriors in 5

I'll follow whichever team Simmons ends up at

Haha, I'll definitely be paying A LOT more attention to whichever team he ends up at.

Part of me is praying that it's not the Lakers, but I also think it'd be pretty fkn cool to see a young Aussie at the biggest team in the league.

I need to have a rant, this is really frustrating me. People aren't happy that Steph is the only unanimous MVP in NBA history, which I understand. LBK, Shaq, KG and MJ all had seasons where they deserved to be unanimous. But that doesn't mean Steph didn't deserve it.

People saying that LeBron should have been MVP because he is the most VALUABLE is preposterous. The argument being made is that if you take LeBron off the Cavs, they suck, and if you take Steph off the Warriors, they'd be pretty good. This is what bugs me. If you take LeBron off the Cavs, they'd be a team with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love in the eastern conference, those two players alone are better than anyone on the Celtics, who finished as the 5th seed in the east. They wouldn't become a 15-win team like the 2007-2010 Cavs would. If you take Steph off of the Warriors, yeah sure they'd still be pretty good, maybe a 5 seed? But with Steph, THEY WON 73 F'ING GAMES!!! Not enough is being made of being able to take an average playoff team, to the best team of all-time. Even if LeBron had a team of Kwame Brown's who he took to 55 wins, I'd still say Steph because the jump from being a 55 win team, to winning 73 is ridiculously large - I mean, no one has ever won 73 before this year!!

This season watching Steph has been like what I imagined watching MJ in the early 90s would be and I find it unbelievable how many people still don't realise this. Appreciate it, because he just put up a regular season as good as anyone in NBA history and I can't wait to see him make a bigger impact deep in the playoffs than what he did last year.
Agree dude.

To me, the argument that 'GS are stacked' lost all validity after they Portland series. They were lucky to go 2-1 up and then they needed Steph to bail them out in game 4. Portland would've really tested them that series without Curry, and Portland probably wouldn't have even been there if not for CP3 + Blake's injuries.

Especially if he goes #1 to them. That would be big for Aussie basketball. An Aussie #1 pick going to the biggest team in the Nba

Hopefully the Thunder can hold onto this 4th quarter lead unlike in the past 3 encounters with the Warriors
