he will win it but kind of feel davis deserves it

12/13 FG for 24 points 6 rebounds and a steal in just 12 minutes is insane.

George probably gets it on the 8/15 3 pointers despite being out there an extra 9 minutes.

Holz

the big question is how do Klay and Stephn go great in the 3 point contest then the next day combine for 6/17

Imagine the hype around the farewell tour that Duncan should get when he retires, considering an inferior player in Kobe is having a whole season basically dedicated to him.

Duncan is easily the superior player. However he will go out quiet, probably after winning a championship and announcing his retirement a week after.

Im actually thinking it could be after they win this year.

Duncan is the ultimate team player, what Kobe is doing has nothing to do with his team.
One of the basketball topics we agree 100% on ;) Duncan doesn't get the recognition because he's quieter and in a smaller market. Will go out quietly on the back of a 60 win season. I think I'd have him about 4-7 spots above Kobe on an all-time list, but will have to go back and take a look.

Maybe Kobe is helping his team get Ben Simmons though :P

kinda feel like westbrook came home hard to take it. probably deserved it. kinda tough to win the MVP when your team got pumped by 23 no matter how good he was.

basically Lebron was Finals MVP last year but didnt get it as the team lost.

Pop only gave him 11 odd minutes.  He had 11 points in that time at 100% shooting.

Just had a thought...they should bring back AG and Zach for next years dunk comp, but make it a game of Horse!  How epic would that be, both guys trying to emulate each others dunks!

dont like that idea as everyone has their own style. So can imagine them struggling.

the issue is 50 dunks are common.  What should happen 1 person dunk then the other and the judges vote on which is the best dunk.

Gordon had the best dunks but a really good 50 and a fantastic 50 are still a 50.

Gordon would have won under my system.

was shocked that one of them didn't give Lavine a 9, his dunks were great, but not as good so the score needed to reflect that...

Tobias Harris traded to Detroit for Ersan Ilyasove and Brandon Jennings.

Pretty bad trade for Orlando ???
