DMC Injury Update

An MRI conducted this afternoon at Kaiser Permanente in Sacramento revealed that Kings center DeMarcus Cousins sustained a right achilles strain during the second quarter of last night's game against the L.A Clippers at the Staples Center.  Cousins is listed as day to day going forward.

achilles is a serious injury no matter how minor the strain, that thing pops and season over and his potential limited

Yeh you are right, I hope they err on the side of caution.  We have Koufos and WCS who can cover for a while.

Vlade Divac (Kings GM) has said that Cousins will miss the next 2 games then they will re-assess.  We have back to back games Wed/Thurs
