TT is a solid player but not worth $82mil of 5 years - that makes him the 6th highest paid PF in the league

BAHAHAHA

Is Kevin Love worth 28 Mil more?

Thats only $5.6m per year more - HELL YEH Kevin Love is worth $10mil a season more than TT
Lolz has a man crush on TT :D

Agree with this completely. There's a reason that TT didn't get any offers from other teams ;)

people were saying last year that TT was better in the lineup then love (when they were saying why Lebron shouldnt be excused for not winning). Love also was sat out for 4th quarters.

I do like love but TT is pretty dam good too.

TT was a better matchup for that particular series vs Golden State. Over the course of a season, Love is a much better fit with the Cavs - just look at their on/off numbers. The Cavs were +7.8 points per 100 possessions better with Love on the floor, and only +2.8 when Thompson was on the court.

I dont disagree love is good but that an unfair comparison. TT was coming off the bench so often was playing with the other Cav bench players whereas Love started and had more time with Iriving etc.

also Cavs would get off to a big lead then put TT on as they coasted.

Whats concerning to me with Love is blatt felt the need to bench him in the 4th. He is a defensive liability thats the issue. With Irving and Love thats 2/5 team with no defense, makes it tough.

If im paying a guy max i would rather a pure defender. Love is good but if you could get another big man who defends and pay him max that would be even better. Then you wouldnt need TT aswell.

something has to be said about TT, you gotta pay for his durability. His per game salary reduces dramatically if you take that into account.

Most importantly it makes Lebron Happy and making Lebron Happy is worth every cent.

Boom! I thought I was scarily high on the Celtics this year, so good to see someone else is too. Think we have a crazy amount of depth which is a big factor in the regular season, and Brad Stevens is an absolute wizard.

I think if everything breaks right, we can get close to 50 wins  :-X

I was only being mildly facetious :P
They have so much depth that when I played them in the GM mode on 2K16 I had to trade out a bunch of dudes just to keep them happy. Stevens is going to go down as a legend of this era

no way

Cavs Bulls Heat the big 3.

Wizards will be very good with Wall and I reckon the Bucks can do some damage and should go top 4

Monroe Antetokomboa Parker Middleton MCW is very very strong.

The Bucks record after they got MCW was pretty bad if I remember correctly. Wouldn't be surprised if he's terrible this year. I think Vasquez is their best PG.

But yeah, a lot of talent with Middleton, Giannis, Parker and Monroe.

I don't think he will. Stevens likes rolling with Smart + Bradley and letting Isaiah be a high usage scoring dude off the bench.

He'll finish games though with the Isaiah/Smart/Crowder/Sullinger/Amir lineup probably being our best.
