They said the same thing about Pill Cosby. It does sound far fetched though. Especially since she only wants a payout

Great news this morning! The NBA has announced the league will now seed Playoff teams in each conference by record. Which means division champions will no longer have a guaranteed top-four spot in the Playoffs.

So glad they've pulled the trigger though. Am loving the new commissioner so far.

Means we wouldn't have had Portland get the #4 seed over the Spurs just because they won the division. Could have avoided 2 of the best 4 teams being matched up in the first round (Spurs, Clipps).

Would the Clips bench beat the Lakers this year?

League Pass has gone up to $330 :(
No way I'm forking out that. I think I'll just buy all the Celtics games for $170. And then grab the league pass playoffs package. Does anyone remember how much the playoffs only package costs?

Can't remember what the playoffs package cost but its a hell of a lot cheaper than full league pass!  Thought about a VPN?  I haven't looked into it, but seems like the best way of watching games…or sign up to a sports betting website and watch all the games for free!  ;D

Have you tried using Hola?

Cheers guys. Yeah I think it was like $80-odd last year just for the playoffs. But seeing as they go for 3 months and the monthly subscription is $38 I could see it being closer to $115 :-X I presume it's inflated because the Aus dollar only gets you 71 US cents at the moment, so hopefully if that starts trending upwards then the price should come down. But Holz is the economist around here so hopefully he can add something :P

Not sure about the VPN stuff.. But do betting sites really have all the games?! Probably worth signing up just for that! :o

Yeah I don't have the time to watch enough games these days so can't justify buying league pass any more.  The bettings sites state they show every game and it's been true on most occasions, but sometimes you can't access games that are being shown on Aus ESPN because I guess Foxtel are paying for those.  I use Sportsbet to watch games, it comes in a smaller screen, but I have my laptop hooked up to a big TV so it's good enough for me.  I think the other sites that show games (but haven't tried) are bet365 and unibet…They show plenty of other sports live too like soccer, tennis etc.

The deadline passed today for Tristan Thompson to accept the Cavs' 1-year qualifying offer.. Which means they'll have to come to a deal (reportedly are $14 million apart) or there's no TT on the Cavs this year :o
