I've resisted so far, and I swear I won't post too often at all in here with NBA bets but...

Dallas beat the Suns today pretty easy and have the Clippers tomorrow. Anyone know why they're $6 outsiders? I don't mind their line of -10.5 :o

Cheers guys!
It's in Los Angeles, which is usually worth a few points - and, the Clippers are just a lot better than the Mavericks. Granted, I didn't expect them to beat Phoenix either so what do I know :P

If I were having to bet, I'd go Atlanta -3.5 at the Knicks.

Haha fair call, I know nothing about basketball other than the rules and a few players so I'm usually going in blind :P $6 does seem like crazy long odds and I guess they must have played well today!

Nice man I'll suss that, the Knicks won too hey and Atlanta lost but one game really isn't enough to determine form/ability haha

You're right man, $6 is probably slightly too high considering Dallas is a decent team and played well in the opener, but back to back road games in 2 nights is tough - that's probably factored into the odds.

Yeah the Knicks got up but their 17 wins compared to Atlanta's 60 last year shows there is a fair difference between the sides ;) I think the bookies are overreacting a bit to each team's opening game. Atlanta will be fine, I'd expect them to bounce back after a day's break :)

Awesome thanks man! :)

I might leave Dallas alone, if anything I'll look at them with a 20 point headstart if its paying anything worth something. Otherwise I have to leave it by the sounds!

I'll definitely give Atlanta a look though, thanks ledge! 8)

Changed my mind, gone Atlanta into Clippers straight wins!

Fingers crossed :P

Holz

I forgot one important thing.

Jordan burned the mavs in the off season.

The mavs will be doing every thing they can to win this game. Jordan will probably go to the free throw line 20+ times

Clips will play really hard im sure too.

Great call on the Hawks Jay, should've taken them on their line like you suggested! Now we've just gotta pray the Clippers get the job done!

Gotta say, actually enjoying following the games and I'm not even sure its only cause its a wonderful procrastination tool :P

jvalles69

So far 2/3 in the lines bets, just need Clips to win by over 10 and I'm home with the multi.

Jay

Stephen A really needs to stop talking about basketball.

Says he doesn't trust Rubio on the defensive end.. Rubio is literally one of the best PG defenders in the league. Stephen A also reckons that LaVine will be better than Rubio soon.. Why? Because he won a dunk contest? Lavine has been a horrible player so far in his career...

there you go clips win easy, took the pedal of the accelarator in the last but 16 a handy win.

just quietly Griffin is in MVP form again

70% FG  8 Rebounds 4 Assits 33 points
65% FG  10 Rebounds 2 Assits 1 Steal 1 Block 26 Points

if he can keep up 25 and 10 on very efficient scoring the clips will go very far.

Hahah no worries man! I'll just make sure I don't bet on the ones that I suggest to you, guaranteed loss then :P

Gonna disagree with jvalles here, I reckon the best bets would be Denver and Washington tomorrow!
