Ringo

We are off to Scotland and Ireland this week to promote our great game.

As all grounds will be neutral there is no Home Ground advantage this week.

there are also a number of trophies being played for so competition should be intense. If any trophies want to be added please advise

Hebden Bridge Hedgehogs v Manchester Magic @ Croke Park, Dublin (Red Cross Cup)
Hedgehogs have been a little disappointing this year and have been affected by injury. Hegehogs are current holders of the cup narrowly defeating Magic last year and can they retain it.  Magic will be slight favourites to take it from them.
Grope Lane Giants v Swansea Breakers @ Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh (Lion Shield)
Breakers currently hold the shield and will be strong favourites to retain but as we know upsets can occur. 6th playing 16th should be a formality though,
Leeds Leeches v Nottingham Hoods @ Casement Park. Belfast (Far Cup)
Hoods currently hold the Far Cup and this should be one of the matches of the Rivalry Round. Both teams have similar points for so augurs well for a tough contest, Contest between Armitage and Pendlebury will be one to watch. Too close to call.
Oxford Owls v Birmingham Dragons @ Hampden Park, Glasgow (Heisenberg Cup)
Owls currently hold the Heisenberg Cup.  When these 2 teams met last year only 3 points overall separated them. The Dragons have started the year slowly but accounted for the Rams last week so Owls will need to be on their game this week. Owls would be slight favourites but an upset would not surprise.
Staines Steins v Blackpool Bunnies @ Healy Park, Omagh (Rabbit Sh*tStain Cup)
Steins easily accounted for the Bunnies last year to hold the cup, This should be another close affair and hard to pick a winner. Steins upset the Hedgehogs last week and if they can maintain that form would be favourites to retain cup, Bunnies will not lie down though and will ensure a fight to the finish.
Winchester Werewolves v Hastings Hurricanes @ Celtic Park, Derry
This is probably the 2nd match of the round. Hurricanes scored the highest score of the season last week and with that form would be very slight favourites to edge out the Werewolves. Clash between 3rd and 4th on the ladder and will be full of intensity as loser may slip as far back as 8th on the ladder, Too close to call this one. It may require coach of Hurricanes to address them to get this one. ;)
Bradford Badgers v Crosby Cruisers @ Pittodrie Stadium, Aberdeen (The Waterfront Cup)
Badgers currently hold the trophy and on form displayed this year would be slight favourites. Cruisers have the players to match them but if they are to take the Trophy from the Badgers will need a full 4 quarter effort.
Huddersfield Hawks v Liverpool Rams @ Semple Stadium, Thurles
Both Teams suffered losses last week and will be keen to get back on the winning list. Both teams went down narrowly last week with the Hawks scoring better than Rams.  Will this continue this week. Hawks will want to win to get back into Top 8 and Rams will want to win to avoid falling back. Rams may be slight favourites but a Hawks win would not surprise.

Teams will be locked at Bounce of Bombers/Roos game on Friday night 7:50pm

let the banter for Rivalry round begin.

Really hope I can get back at least 1 of Simpson, Minson, Boyd, or Harwood

And then Lynch might miss this week as well

But on to the banter...nice team Marlon, does it come in NOT shower

Nige

I generally do well against JB's Hawks (see what I did there? :P), the trend shall continue this week.  ;)

Oh oh, you can't get past me Ringo  :P

Admittedly, my duties at Worlds as made me neglect my Hurricanes  :-X but my players take care of themselves  8)

My players always have a shower after a game, it's called being hygienic. You wouldn't know about that would you Davos? Does your team come in NOT injury ridden?
