With a BE of 65 would you say that Gray has bottomed out or is it just that his scoring has been soo good it's inflating his price? Basically, if I was to bring him in now am I pretty much paying top dollar give or take a few thousand?

At 570k, Gray needs to average 114 to maintain his value.  Currently going 117?  If you don't get him now you might have to wait 5-6 weeks for him to drop under 570k again.  An you afford to miss the games he goes 130+?  I'm getting him this week.

I am looking at culling my drug addled dope of a Don defender Hibberd for Gray.

The Dons seem to be in a bit of a lul since dank left :P

64 from Barlow rules him out in my books

As I suspected, he wont be good enough for a mid spot this year

Parker has found his touch again and could be an option this week, and I'm very keen to see how Rocky goes today

Jezza249

Might have a look at lids see how he goes, because his price will drop heaps with a b/e of 205 and has been a consistent scorer

Pretty reactive mate. Barlow had 6 clangers and 4 free's against. And 2 of the FAs were in the crucial last quarter which cost him big time.

Wouldn't discount him just yet. 104, 116 and then a poor game isn't that off putting.

I know you rate Barlow very high, but the facts don't lie. 6 clangers and 4 FA's happened, there's no ignoring it

3 good scores from 7 matches is not good enough

If he starts to consistently score well, then I will look at him, but he is not an option for me right now

Yeh and the facts are that he injured his ankle, played an outside role because of it. Moved back to an inside role 2 weeks ago for 2 good scores, then had a poor game on the weekend. So did Mundy. I wouldn't write off Barlow based on one bad game

Found these stats at the end of last week to back what I was saying

regarding Barlow

@Tbetta9
First 4 averages:
Disp: 21. Cont. Poss rate: 20%, Clearances: 1, TOG: 81%.

Last 2:
Disp: 27.5, CP rate: 37%, Clear: 4.5, TOG: 84%.

I might just give Barlow and Selwood 1 more week then bring 1 of them in they will come good it's just a matter of when
Rocky and maybe Buddy in this week or I will go Barlow he's almost there I reckon
Treloar looks a bit up and down Shiel would be the better option more consistent but at a greater cost
Parker looked awesome still reasonably priced

Shattered that Duncan has gone done had him from the start and starting to repay the faith with last 2 games of 140 and 153, then was smashing it on top of the scorers before going down injured still managed a 84 so not too bad

Do you guys think it's wise to fill up your midfield with these fallen premiums? Or should we be looking to fork out for dudes like Armitage, Hanners, Mundy, etc?

I currently have Fyfe, Pendlebury, JPK and Lewis, and am looking to bring in Rockliff, Selwood and Sloane, all at bargain basement price.

This is possibly the least I'll ever spend on a fully upgraded midfield (will leave a spot for Ablett), but I'm a bit nervous that these guys may not completely turn their form around.

RaisyDaisy

Rico, you sound defensive about this, and I don't know why

I don't want him and I've expressed why. If you want him then get him :)

There is no right or wrong
