Only 2 games remaining so we might as well get this going

McIntosh to McKenzie and Cripps to JPK have been locked in for me this week, but now that Heeney is out for 4-6 and there's question marks over Jelwood I might need to reassess, which is really annoying because I want to do my planned trades

Tom Mitchell is also on the bubble, and at 400k is looking too good to ignore

McIntosh to McKenzie is 100% locked, but I might have to do Heeney to Mitchell instead

Means I cant get JPK yet at his bottomed out price  :-\

Thoughts?

I would be seeing how Cripps goes today think he might have quite a bit of cash to make yet as for trades yeah time to cull a couple of cows and get another good mid maybe barlow he is cheap and seems to be getting back into form , took a risk and got Mitchell this week  ;D

I went 1 week early on McK as I knew I would be in the situation you are in RD.
Whether you think TMitch is worth it or not, is up to your opinion. Everyone has their own opinion of the guy.
I was hesitant to start the guy at the start of the year but with Heeney now out coupled with his first two performances, you'd be cray cray not to get him in. He's worth a tad over 405k, will only be 80k more than Hogan/CEY and bit more for Heeney.

Every decision you make should be around structures of your team. TMitch looks too good to ignore but JPK is an outright star.

The question I've been asking myself is Josh Glenn worth it? Heeney has to either be upgraded or downgraded and I'm not 100% sure off all the up and coming rookies available in the mids.
What do you/everyone think of Glenn? He should get game time cause of the GC injuries etc, but is he worth it?

Sorry for being lazy and not quoting but I'm on my phone...

As above, I think It depends on Cripps performance today. Sub 80 and with that big score out of his rolling average he probably can be traded, but if he goes 100+ he could eek a few more $$$ out. If you do decide to trade him I don't see anything wrong with keeping Heeney loophole in order to get JPK for Cripps.

You could trade heeney out for Mckenzie rather than mcintosh, that's what I'm looking at doing depending on tosh's BE

RaisyDaisy

I went early with Glenn this week, so I'm stuck with him. I'm not too worried about him because he's sitting at M11 anyway. Just hope he can hold his spot next week with several Suns returning

I've been looking at my side, and I might just hold onto Heeney for a week

Hogan should be about 315k after yesterdays game, with a high BE the following week

Hogan to Mitchell for about 85-90k is looking like an absolute must for me now

@shaker I was only planning on trading out Cripps because after this week his BE goes up

Tosh to McKenzie and Hogan to Mitchell, then next week I'll downgrade Heeney to a rookie and turn Cripps into JPK

I'll still have about 100k left after all of that which will be used for Vanders to Rocky

5 trades over the next 3 rounds to bring in Mitchell, JPK and Rocky. Sounds great, just hope I can pull it off

Would love to bring in Mitchell, but my bye situation is becoming extremely difficult and would leave me with Gray, Martin, Swan, Bennell, Ziebell, Mitchell as my finished forwards..

Fyfe, Pendles, JPK, Steven, Swan, Bennell, Mitchell, Newnes, Oxley all missing and as well as rookies, would leave me struggling to field 15-16 players that round

Byes is where you can make up a lot of ground and where you can lose it, last year I was the highest scorer over the three bye rounds on FF and rose a lot of spots in regards to my ranking, so need to be strategic

Saying that, is Mitchell a must and should I just get him in?

I think this makes more sense for me too. By trading Heeney to McKenzie instead of Tosh, McKenzie in my mids gives me DPP and I will downgrade Tosh the following week instead, but I'll have more options because I can downgrade him to a defender like Lever, or I can move McKenzie from mids to def and downgrade him to a mid - so I have both lines to choose from, and can just bench Tosh next week anyway as long as Simpson returns

Heeney to McKenzie and Hogan to Mitchell followed by Tosh to rookie and Cripps to JPK then Vanders to Rocky the week after

Mitchell actually works out really well for me, because I'm light on Rd12 players and have too many Rd13 players, so getting rid of Hogan (13) for Mitchell (12) is great for me

As for yourself, you can always end up using Mitchell or Ziebell as M9/F7 swinging coverage and bring in another forward later

Holden the ball

i am thinking the same going hogan or clark to mitchell or thinking going cripps to mid premo

honza

I have cash to do VBo to Tom Mitchell and swing him to the forwards with NKrak. Would leave me with a forward line of Swan,Devon,Martin,Goddard,Gray,TMitch.

But I don't buy TMitch's JS.

Mark

Logan or Heeney to Mitchell

jfitty

I want to grab Sloane or Selwood, but this week might not be the week.

Considering Hogan to Goddard at the moment

Fid

I'm a bit concerned over Clarks depression and I am wondering if he may miss a few weeks because of it.  He didn't join in the club song after the match and sat in a separate room.  I will more than likely move on Clark to TMitch instead of Hogan.

GoLions

McKenzie and JPK will probably be in, and 2 of Kmac, Heeney, Hogan probably out

Samsturmfels

Hunt to McKenzie
Heeney to either Tmitch or JPK

HotTiges

several cows looking close to slaughter..

probably have to miss TMitch. Only have 45k in bank so need a double downgrade.

KMac to McKenzie
probably heeney to glenn

have other issues like Hogan, Vanders and Clark..
