Rocket says Gaz is 2-4 away from playing.  That could mean he's ripe to bring in R13 at sub $650k.

So I wouldn't be finishing off those midfields too soon.

Honestly wouldn't touch Gaz unless he scores some blinders and you have trades later on in the year

I'm looking at having completed my mids by the byes (hopefully) so he'll be a luxury trade into my team

JPK + Swan (or another fwd worth less than 502k) or Munday + Mitchell in replacement of Hogan and Sloane

Same here, luxury upgrade, same with Sloane. Im hoping to have a full team with only CEY and Cripps left to upgrade come byes. With both holding current form I would only need 1 downgrade to get both upgraded.

Lonie to Glen via Goddard, Vanderberg to Bontempelli.

Next week, KMac to Lever, Salem to Rocky via Bont.

What do people think? Hoping Glen is named as already have Mckenzie  and need the cash.

Leaves me with

Mid - Fyfe, Pendlebury,  J.Selwood, D.Beams, Parker, Rocky, Cripps, Miller (Krakouer, Nelson, Glen)
Fwd - Gray, Martin, Franklin, Swan, Goddard, Bontempelli  (Tarrant, Clark)

Would just need to play 1 of Tarrant, Miller, Krakouer. Havent looked at bye structure but are people worrying about that much?

Want to downgrade to Glenn too but honestly can't see him holding his spot for very long. Also, Lonie has a b/e of 24 so should still go up in price. Really liking your forward line.

My dilemma. Trading hogan up to either Titch or Buddy. Seems that Titch will be more consistant but obviously js is a worry. Anyone know why Buddy isn't scoring too well? Top score of only 104 in 6 rounds...

Pretty much this

I've got 3 spots left to fill. Rocky gets one next week, and I'll try and get JPK in very soon too. If it's going to take Ablett 6-7 weeks to drop enough then it will be too late for him to get that final spot. Only ripping form would warrant a sideways for him

Buddy always seems to have much bigger second halves to the season, which is why I will look to bring him in after his bye

Need to adjust trades for bye coverage.

Hogan > Dusty   -not wanting titch JS risk
Vandenburg > D Mckenzie

Next week.   tosh> lever,    salem/cripps > rocky  if i have the cash
following week  looking closely at lids/selwood to bottom out as well

just wondering where our downgrades are coming from at bye time.
in 3/4 weeks

will have 18 trades coming into byes.
B:   Shaw, Lumumba, Newnes, KK, Oxley, Saad, goodes, lever
M:  Fyfe, Pendles, JPK, Rocky, Ward, Beams, Heppell, Selwood, heeney, miller, mckenzie
F:   gray, martin, swan, bont, lids, clark lamb krak

Leaves me stuck with Lamb, Heeney Goodes.   Also doesnt take into account ox and saad topping out.  Going to have to leave the backline for another month at least.

Okay guys I am going McIntosh to Mckenzie but also want to downgrade Heeney .... Is Glenn the only real option even though he could lose he could lose his spot?

You could always do Heeney to Mckenzie this week and save Tosh to Lever for next week

PiPies

Glenn seems the only option but I'm passing.

You could do Heeney to Mckenzie in the mids for DPP and leave Kmac until next week when Jake Lever should be on the bubble.

That's actually a really good idea! Can't believe I didn't think of it!
What is Stretch like? Will he keep getting games?

Didn't get a possession after half time - almost guaranteed to be the sub this week and in the future
