Disbelief at the Bont's SC. I understand contested possies etc, but did F all when the game was in the balance except get an inefficient kick (selfishly) and only had an average efficiency in the first half when he was seen.

What did he get?

I heard 108 just before the game ended

Yep. Meanwhile Saints come back from 50 points and Billings kicks half of it and gets 135 (unscaled).

Heads should roll at CD lol

107 pre-scale.... 66 DT. I thought he was useless...

Bit harsh

He had numerous kicks in the last few mins, got a free for and his first half scoring was done through high DE and tackles

Numerous kicks? How many of them were effective?

auscoyote

How did the Bont score that :o

Good game to watch. Doggies out of legs after playing Sydney last week.
Thought there might be an upset brewing. Nice one Saints!

Bont had kicks... did it result in WBD score involvements and winning the game? No, then they're not as valuable. Especially when he burned an I50 trying to be the hero and clearing a pack from 60m away.

Didn't lay a tackle since about the 10 min mark of the first term, had 2 effective touches in the last quarter at best. Considering the Saints' comeback, I would have thought that they'd dominate the last quarter weighting, but no

We all know that when the games are that tight in the end, every touch gets rewarded ridiculously by CD, regardless of being effective or not

I reckon 85-90 would have been a fair score, but the extra 20 odd points is just CD multiplying points for every touch in a close ending game like they always seem to do

RaisyDaisy

He got scaled up to 113

I'm obviously happy because I have him, but from what I saw that was a 85-90 performance

Another thing, the ruck scores. I mean, the rucks were in the clicnches because it was the game putting them there, not because of their individual talents. They were rubbish all day long and Cordy goes 90+ and Hickey 100+

No logical way to explain that performance earning 113 points.
