report I briefly heard was that it was confirmed that two Patriots sport equipment people were found 'guilty' of having 'de-flating' the balls below NFL regulations ...   :-X   ::)    ;)

After 4 months of controversy all they could come up with was, "it is more probable than not that Brady was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski involving the release of air from Patriots game balls."

Sorry but "more probable than not", and "generally aware" aren't strong enough terms to suspend a guy in my books ;)
