Bloody backs! Getting really annoyed!!

I have $250K in the bank and Newnes, Lumumba and Higgins in my back line all with breakevens of around 120. Who should I trade or in fact should I trade at all and who should I get McDonald, Houli, Rance or others??? Interested to get everybody's opinions as I would say others would be considering similar things and I hate sideways trading.

Know the feeling MCD but hang in tough and wait,   Smith is coming down, Hibberd is coming down.  You can upgrade rookies to these guys and hold on to our backline spuds for longer.
